Leaving Courchevel, the road descends through a series of bends past the lower villages of Le Praz and Saint-Bon before rejoining the valley floor at Moûtiers. From there, the N90 follows the Tarentaise corridor westward through Albertville and onto the motorway towards Chambéry. Drop-off is at your Chambéry address.

Saturday morning departures from the Three Valleys can create sustained congestion on the roads down to Moûtiers. Any additional disruption — snowfall, an incident on the road — can extend delays significantly.

Chalets in Courchevel — especially in 1850 and Moriond — often have similar or identical names, and standard navigation can lead to the wrong door. The city centre is small enough that most hotels and apartments are straightforward to reach by car. The only exceptions are the pedestrian streets of the old town — if your address is there, your driver will pull up as close as the road allows and help with luggage from there.
