Your driver meets you in the Arrivals hall of your terminal with your name displayed on their phone. One important detail: Malpensa has two separate terminals, and they are not in the same building. T1 handles the majority of flights — most international carriers and major European airlines. T2 is used primarily by EasyJet. A free shuttle bus runs between them, but it takes 10–15 minutes — so knowing your terminal before you land saves time and confusion. Check your boarding pass: it will show T1 or T2. We track your flight and will be at the right terminal automatically, but if you're unsure, just message us. We monitor your flight in real time. The first 90 minutes of waiting after scheduled landing are included — plenty of time for immigration, baggage claim, and customs at one of Italy's busiest airports.
Morzine sits at 1000 m in a wide valley in the Haute-Savoie. It's a proper town with a centre, normal road access and numbered addresses. Some accommodation sits in the Montriond valley on the eastern side or on the hillsides above the main town — a different approach from the centre. Confirm your address when you book.
