Your driver meets you in the Arrivals hall of your terminal with your name displayed on their phone. One important detail: Malpensa has two separate terminals, and they are not in the same building. T1 handles the majority of flights — most international carriers and major European airlines. T2 is used primarily by EasyJet. A free shuttle bus runs between them, but it takes 10–15 minutes — so knowing your terminal before you land saves time and confusion. Check your boarding pass: it will show T1 or T2. We track your flight and will be at the right terminal automatically, but if you're unsure, just message us. We monitor your flight in real time. The first 90 minutes of waiting after scheduled landing are included — plenty of time for immigration, baggage claim, and customs at one of Italy's busiest airports.

Your driver drops you at your accommodation — hotel entrance or chalet door, wherever you need to be. The altitude matters more than you might think. Le Praz at 1300m is the first village on the way up — accessible, traditional, with narrow stone streets that feel more Savoyard than ski resort. La Tania sits just off the main road in a quiet pocket of trees. Courchevel Village (1550) is the family hub, home to the Aquamotion centre. Moriond (1650) has a relaxed feel and excellent value. Courchevel 1850 — now officially just "Courchevel" — is the summit of Alpine luxury: Palace hotels, designer boutiques, and the steepest road of the climb. The road to 1850 in winter is demanding — tight switchbacks, heavy snowfall, and peak-week traffic. Our drivers do this route daily throughout the season, on winter tyres, and know exactly when to leave to avoid the Saturday changeover congestion. A note on chalets: navigation in Courchevel can mislead even experienced drivers — the same chalet name can appear in multiple villages, and Google Maps sometimes routes to a hotel or shop instead.
