Your driver comes to your address — hotel entrance, apartment, or any Lyon location. Share the address at booking, or send it the day before your Lyon transfer at the latest. Vieux-Lyon and the Presqu'île have pedestrian zones and restricted access streets. If your address is in one of these areas, we'll suggest a meeting point within a 5-minute walk and confirm it in your booking details — no surprises on the day. Your driver will message you when they're on their way.
Your driver collects you from your Lyon address and joins the A43 motorway east through the foothills of the Alps towards Chambéry. After passing the lakes and mountain ridges surrounding the Chambéry basin, the transfer continues through Albertville before following the N90 into the Tarentaise Valley.
For Les Arcs, the route continues to Bourg-Saint-Maurice before climbing towards the different Arc villages. The ascent becomes progressively steeper and more mountainous, especially above Arc 1600, with broad views across the Tarentaise Valley.
Les Arcs spreads across four distinct stations above Bourg-Saint-Maurice — Arc 1600, Arc 1800, Arc 1950 and Arc 2000, each at its respective altitude. Arc 1950 is pedestrianised with parking at the entrance and residence-specific drop-off points at different levels. Confirm your exact station and residence when you book. Each station has its own access road branching off the main climb from Bourg-Saint-Maurice.
