The return from La Plagne begins with the descent through the Paradiski high-altitude villages towards Aime. After joining the N90, the route heads west through Moûtiers and Albertville before the A43 motorway continues north-west towards Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport.

On Saturday mornings, the N90 between Bourg-Saint-Maurice and Moûtiers carries heavy outbound traffic from the upper Tarentaise resorts. The motorway sections towards Lyon can also carry significant traffic during peak winter weekends.

La Plagne has many parts so please confirm exactly which one you're heading to when you book. The name alone isn't enough. The main high-altitude sites are Plagne Centre, Plagne Bellecôte, Plagne 1800, Belle Plagne, Plagne Villages, Plagne Soleil, and Plagne Aime 2000 at the top. Each has its own access and its own pickup point. Belle Plagne is fully pedestrianised — include your residence name at booking so we come to the right entrance.
