Your driver meets you in the Arrivals hall of your terminal with your name displayed on their phone. One important detail: Malpensa has two separate terminals, and they are not in the same building. T1 handles the majority of flights — most international carriers and major European airlines. T2 is used primarily by EasyJet. A free shuttle bus runs between them, but it takes 10–15 minutes — so knowing your terminal before you land saves time and confusion. Check your boarding pass: it will show T1 or T2. We track your flight and will be at the right terminal automatically, but if you're unsure, just message us. We monitor your flight in real time. The first 90 minutes of waiting after scheduled landing are included — plenty of time for immigration, baggage claim, and customs at one of Italy's busiest airports.

La Plagne is one of the largest ski areas in the world, and it shows in the number of places you can stay. Multiple sites spread across the mountain, connected by lifts and shuttle buses, each with its own character and altitude. The high-altitude sites — Plagne Centre, Bellecôte, Plagne 1800, Belle Plagne, Plagne Villages, Plagne Soleil, Plagne Aime 2000 — all sit above 1800 m and are ski-in/ski-out. More traditional in feel and set among trees at the edge of the ski area. No access restrictions across the resort. Make sure the specific site and your accommodation name are in your booking — in a resort this size, the right address matters from the start.
