Arrival at a busy hub like Geneva airport is seamless with our local team:
Arrivals Hall Meet & Greet: Your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall (Terminal 1) holding a sign with your name. Note! Even if you are arriving on a domestic flight from within France (like Paris or Nice), always exit through the Swiss Sector (International side). This is where our drivers meet you. If you accidentally exit into the French sector, you will have to walk through the terminal to find us, which can take an extra 15 minutes.
90 Minutes Free Waiting: We know that baggage carousels or passport control at GVA can be slow. We include up to 90 minutes of free waiting time from the moment your flight lands. If you are delayed beyond this, our driver will still be there for you, though a standard hourly waiting fee may apply to cover the driver's time.
Pro-Tip: GVA offers excellent free Wi-Fi. Connect as soon as you land so you can stay in touch with your driver via WhatsApp or the contact details provided in your booking voucher.

After pickup at Geneva Airport, the route crosses into France shortly after leaving the airport area. Border controls are generally limited, though checks may occasionally appear during busy winter weekends. The transfer then follows the A41 motorway towards Annecy, before continuing alongside Lake Annecy where traffic conditions often determine which side of the lake offers the smoother drive. Beyond Faverges and Ugine, the road reaches Albertville at the meeting point of several alpine valleys, then continues on the N90 towards the heart of the French Alps. From Moûtiers the road turns into the Belleville Valley, climbing steadily through Saint-Martin-de-Belleville and a series of alpine villages before reaching Les Menuires. The higher altitude landscape becomes progressively more open and mineral as the route approaches the resort.
Les Menuires sits at 1850 m in the Belleville valley, between Saint-Martin-de-Belleville below and Val Thorens above. The resort is built across several sectors — Reberty, Les Bruyères, La Croisette — each with its own access. Confirm your exact sector and address when you book.
