Milan has traffic restriction zones in the city centre, and navigating them is part of what we handle for you. Our vehicles meet the emissions standards required to enter restricted areas, and where an access fee applies — such as during certain hours in the central zone — that cost is included in your transfer price. No surprises, no extras to pay on the day. If your address is in a pedestrian-only street, your driver will pull up as close as the road allows and help with luggage from there. Your driver will message you when they're on their way.

What can slow things down is the combination of fresh snow and peak-week traffic: pedestrians on the street, visibility reduced, a full season's worth of guests all changing over at once. It's not complicated, just dense. If your accommodation has a specific check-in window, it's worth building in some buffer on Saturdays.
