How can I cancel my booking?
Need to cancel? No problem! Just drop us a message via email, WhatsApp, phone, or chat - whatever works best for you. Our team will help you with the cancellation process.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay — just pay securely online when booking!
How will I find my driver?
For airport pickups: your driver will be waiting for you in the arrival hall with your name sign.
For other locations: your driver will meet you at the address you provided (unless it’s a pedestrian-only or no-vehicle zone).
If you have any problems, just contact us and we’ll help you out!
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before (after that, there's a 25% fee).
Does the price depend on the travel dates?
Yes, our prices vary between weekdays and weekends, and also depend on how many passengers are traveling. The closer you book to your travel date, the higher the price may be — so it's best to book early!
Can I pay the full amount on transfer day to the driver?
No, you need to pay a 25% deposit to secure your booking.

Will I receive my driver's contact details?
Of course! We'll send you the driver's or dispatcher's phone number by email the day before your transfer.
Are child seats provided?
Yes! We provide child and booster seats at no extra cost. Just let us know what you need when booking. Note: Remember to count every child as a passenger when booking, regardless of their age.
How can I make changes to my booking?
Want to change something? Just let us know! Contact us however you prefer, and we'll do our best to help. Just keep in mind that some changes can be tricky to arrange (especially during busy seasons), and they may affect the price.

No, you just need to pay a 25% deposit to secure your booking.

What should I do if I can't find my driver at the meeting point?
No worries! Just stay at the meeting point and check your phone - your driver might have sent you a message. You can also call driver directly using the contact details we sent you. Still need help? How much luggage can I bring?
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase and one small bag. Got skis, snowboards, or other big items? Just let us know in advance, and we'll make sure there's enough space!
What if my flight is delayed?
Don't worry! Your driver will wait up to 90 minutes at no extra cost. After that, there will be a waiting fee depending on your transfer type. If needed, we can provide all the necessary documents to help you make a claim with your airline.
In which currency will I be charged?
Everything is charged in euros to keep things simple!
Will the driver contact me before the transfer?
No, drivers don’t usually contact passengers in advance. But if it’s really important for you, just let us know and we’ll do our best to arrange it!
Can the driver stop at a shop during the journey?
Sure! Quick stops (up to 15 minutes) are free - just let us know beforehand. Need a longer stop? Just contact our team in advance, and we'll make it work!
What if I have non-standard baggage?
Bringing special equipment like skis, bikes, or golf bags? No problem! Just mention it in your booking comments, and we'll make sure to assign a vehicle that's the right size for your needs.
How do I know if my deposit payment is received?
Don't worry — you'll get a confirmation email from our payment system right after your payment goes through! Plus, your booking information will be updated automatically.
How do I communicate with my driver if I don't have internet or phone service?
Just let us know if you're worried about connectivity! Your driver will be waiting at the meeting point with your name sign. You can also use the airport's free Wi-Fi to check for any messages.
How do I book a transfer?
Booking with us is super easy! Just visit our website, enter your route, date, and number of passengers. Need help? You can always reach us by email, chat, WhatsApp or phone — whatever works best for you!
What happens if my flight arrives earlier?
If you land early, your driver might not be at the meeting point yet. Just hang tight at the meeting spot! You can always give the driver a quick call or text to check where he is. Important: Please don't leave with another taxi - we won't be able to give you a refund if you do.
Can I choose a meeting point other than the arrivals hall?
While we usually meet in the arrivals hall (it's the easiest spot!), we can try to arrange a different meeting point if you'd prefer. Just let us know in advance since it depends on airport rules.
Can I book a sameday transfer?

Can the driver take a different route or stop at another address?
Of course! Just let our office know about any route changes or extra stops before your journey. We'll make sure everything's arranged perfectly for you — just note that there may be an additional charge depending on the changes.
Is meet-and-greet included in the service?
Absolutely! Your driver will meet you in the arrivals hall with your name sign.
How many days before the departure should I book a transfer?
You can book your transfer any time — even on the same day if needed! But keep in mind: the earlier you book, the better the price. Booking in advance also gives you more availability and peace of mind.
Do you provide private and shared transfers?
We do private transfers only. This means you get the whole vehicle just for you and your group. No sharing, no waiting for others - just a comfortable, flexible journey that fits your schedule perfectly.
Can I provide 2 pickup/dropoff addresses?
Yes! We can arrange multiple stops for you. Just mention the extra address in the booking notes, and we'll adjust the route. Keep in mind this might affect the price and journey time - but we'll confirm everything with you before finalizing your booking.
What pickup time should I specify for transfer?
From an airport: Just put your flight arrival time - we'll pick you up 30 minutes after landing, giving you plenty of time to collect your luggage. To an airport: Enter your flight details and we'll suggest the best pickup time, usually 2.5-3 hours before your flight. From a hotel or other location: Choose any time that works for you! Just let us know if your plans change

What if I travel with a pet?
