Our prices are total for all passengers in your search — whether it's one vehicle or more, depending on your group size.
How can I cancel my booking?

How will I find my driver?

Lyon train station to La Rosiere: route overview

The transfer from Lyon train station to La Rosiere is a comfortable and straightforward journey into the Alps. Your driver will take the most efficient route to the resort, ensuring a smooth and stress-free trip.

The transfer from Lyon Part-Dieu or Perrache follows the A43 motorway towards Chambéry before continuing deeper into the Savoie valleys. Most of the route is on fast toll roads, with mountain scenery gradually becoming more pronounced after Chambéry and Albertville. The drive then follows the N90 through the Tarentaise Valley towards Bourg-Saint-Maurice.

Beyond Bourg-Saint-Maurice, the road climbs steadily towards La Rosière near the Italian border. The final ascent is more open and panoramic than many Tarentaise routes, with views across the upper valley and surrounding peaks.

Under normal conditions, the journey takes around 2 h 50 min, depending on traffic and weather. During winter weekends and peak ski season, travel times may increase. Winter congestion often affects the N90 near Bourg-Saint-Maurice, especially on Saturday changeovers. Snowfall can also slow the upper road to La Rosière.

Lyon has two main stations — Part-Dieu and Perrache — and we serve both at the same price. Just book from "Lyon Train Station" and note which station in your booking. Part-Dieu is Lyon's main TGV hub. Your driver will meet you at the main exit on Rue du Vivier Merle — the principal street-level exit facing the business district. Your driver will contact you as your train approaches to confirm the spot. Perrache is more compact. Your driver meets you at the main entrance on Cours de Verdun — straightforward to find as you exit the station. We track your train in real time.
