The transfer from Grenoble airport (GNB) to Les Arcs is a direct and comfortable journey into the Alps. After leaving the airport, your driver will take the most efficient route towards the resort, ensuring a smooth and stress-free journey.
After pickup at Grenoble Alpes–Isère Airport, the transfer heads north-east towards the Alpine motorway network and continues in the direction of Chambéry and Albertville. Despite its name, the airport is located well outside Grenoble itself, in a more rural area between Lyon and the Alps. The airport mainly operates winter charter flights serving ski resorts across Savoie and Haute-Savoie. After Albertville, the route joins the N90 through the Tarentaise Valley towards ski-resorts. For Les Arcs, the route continues to Bourg-Saint-Maurice before climbing towards the different Arc villages. The ascent becomes progressively steeper and more mountainous, especially above Arc 1600, with broad views across the Tarentaise Valley and surrounding ski areas.
Under normal conditions, the journey takes around 2 h 45 min, depending on traffic and weather. During winter weekends and peak ski season, travel times may increase. Traffic delays are most common on the Albertville–Bourg-Saint-Maurice section of the N90. The final climb to Les Arcs can also become busy during peak Saturday arrivals.

Each station has its own access road branching off the main climb from Bourg-Saint-Maurice.
