Our prices are total for all passengers in your search — whether it's one vehicle or more, depending on your group size.
How can I cancel my booking?
Need to cancel? No problem! Just drop us a message via email, WhatsApp, phone, or chat - whatever works best for you. Our team will help you with the cancellation process.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay — just pay securely online when booking!
How will I find my driver?
For airport pickups: your driver will be waiting for you in the arrival hall with your name sign. For other locations: your driver will meet you at the address you provided (unless it’s a pedestrian-only or no-vehicle zone). If you have any problems, just contact us and we’ll help you out!
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before (after that, there's a 25% fee).
Does the price depend on the travel dates?
Yes, our prices vary between weekdays and weekends, and also depend on how many passengers are traveling. The closer you book to your travel date, the higher the price may be — so it's best to book early!
Can I pay the full amount on transfer day to the driver?
No, you need to pay a 25% deposit to secure your booking. You can pay the rest to the driver.
Will I receive my driver's contact details?
Of course! We'll send you the driver's or dispatcher's phone number by email the day before your transfer.
Are child seats provided?

How much luggage can I bring?

Depending on traffic, the route continues around the western or eastern side of Lake Annecy before heading into the Aravis mountain range. The final section towards La Clusaz passes traditional Savoy villages and mountain pastures typical of the Aravis area.
