Cornavin is a busy city-centre station with no long-term stopping zones at the main entrance — so pickup works slightly differently here than at the airport. Your driver will contact you directly via WhatsApp or phone as your train approaches, and you'll agree on a meeting point together — typically the main station exit on Place de Cornavin, or another spot that works given current traffic. We track your train in real time, so we know if you're running late before you do. Free waiting time is 20 minutes from the scheduled arrival of your train. If your train is delayed, no problem — we adjust automatically. For longer disruptions, just message us and we'll find the best way forward. One tip: when you step off the train, take your time — Cornavin can get chaotic with ski luggage in peak season. Your driver won't rush you.
Les Houches sits at 1000 m at the western entrance to the Chamonix valley. The village is spread across the valley floor and lower slopes — confirm your exact address when you book. Road access from the motorway, before the Chamonix tunnel.
