For Les Arcs, the route continues to Bourg-Saint-Maurice before climbing towards the different Arc villages. The ascent becomes progressively steeper and more mountainous, especially above Arc 1600, with broad views across the Tarentaise Valley.
Under normal conditions, the journey takes around 2 h 45 min, depending on traffic and weather. During winter weekends and peak ski season, travel times may increase.
