Is the price per vehicle or per person?
Our prices are total for all passengers in your search — whether it's one vehicle or more, depending on your group size.
How can I cancel my booking?
Need to cancel? No problem! Just drop us a message via email, WhatsApp, phone, or chat - whatever works best for you. Our team will help you with the cancellation process.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay — just pay securely online when booking!
How will I find my driver?
For airport pickups: your driver will be waiting for you in the arrival hall with your name sign. For other locations: your driver will meet you at the address you provided (unless it’s a pedestrian-only or no-vehicle zone). If you have any problems, just contact us and we’ll help you out!
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before (after that, there's a 25% fee).
Does the price depend on the travel dates?
Yes, our prices vary between weekdays and weekends, and also depend on how many passengers are traveling. The closer you book to your travel date, the higher the price may be — so it's best to book early!

No, you need to pay a 25% deposit to secure your booking. You can pay the rest to the driver.

How much luggage can I bring?

Don't worry! Your driver will wait up to 90 minutes at no extra cost. After that, there will be a waiting fee depending on your transfer type. If needed, we can provide all the necessary documents to help you make a claim with your airline.

We recommend departing Courchevel well in advance before your train departure to ensure a relaxed and timely arrival. Leaving Courchevel, the road descends through lower villages and forested slopes to Moûtiers before joining the N90 west towards Albertville. From there, the A43 motorway heads north-west towards Lyon. Drop-off is at Rue du Vivier Merle for Part-Dieu or Cours de Verdun for Perrache.

Saturday departures from the Three Valleys can bring heavy outbound traffic on the roads down to Moûtiers. The motorway sections between Chambéry and Lyon can also slow during peak winter weekends.

Courchevel is not one village but five, spread across the same valley at different altitudes: Le Praz (1300), La Tania (1400), Courchevel Village (1550), Moriond (1650), and Courchevel 1850 at the top. There is one road connecting them all — your driver knows it well, in all conditions. If you're staying in a chalet, share the access instructions with us. Chalets in Courchevel — especially in 1850 and Moriond — often have similar or identical names, and standard navigation can lead to the wrong door. If your chalet manager has given you a specific access note or coordinates, send them our way and we'll arrive exactly where we need to.

Your driver drops you off directly at your station entrance — Rue du Vivier Merle for Part-Dieu, Cours de Verdun for Perrache. Just let us know which station at booking. Catching a connection? Part-Dieu is Lyon's main TGV interchange — most trains to Paris, Marseille, and beyond depart from here. Perrache handles regional TER services. If you're not sure which station your onward train uses, the SNCF app will confirm platform and departure point. Sunday evenings in ski season — Part-Dieu in particular gets very busy as skiers return from the mountains. Factor a few extra minutes to reach your platform.
