Champagny-en-Vanoise sits at 1250 m on the south-facing slopes of the Tarentaise valley. Road access is straightforward, but the village has two distinct parts: the main centre — Champagny-le-Bas — where most accommodation, shops and the gondola are, and Champagny-le-Haut higher up in the valley, a quieter and more remote cluster of hamlets. If you're staying in Le Haut, mention it at booking — it's a different road and a noticeably different journey.
Your driver drops you at the door. Give your exact address at booking and that's where your private transfer to Turin delivers you. Turin's historic centre has some ZTL restricted zones, particularly around Piazza Castello and the old royal quarter. If your destination is in one of these areas, your driver will get as close as the road allows and help with luggage from there.
