If the flight is delayed, the driver will wait for you 90 minutes for free. After – 45 eur/hour.

You will receive information about the driver who will perform the transfer one day before the trip.

The saving of time is an important advantage of the transfer service. Upon arrival, the transport is waiting for you.

Сancellation of booking

If you cancel the reservation 72 hours before the planned transfer we charge only 5% fee.

How can I pay for a transfer?

To complete the reservation, you have to pay a deposit of 25% and the remaining amount is to be paid to the driver or online by card. Alternatively you can pay the whole amount in advance.

Are there any additional charges?

No. There are no ‘hidden’ costs. We do not charge for waiting, night services, or delays due to traffic.

How do I find the driver at the rendezvous point?

Our driver will be waiting for you at the airport or in a hotel, holding a sign with your name on it. We will send you the phone number of the driver one day before a transfer.

What if I travel with children?

Every child at all ages is considered as a passenger. This has to be taken into account at the time of indicating the number of passengers in the booking form.
