Covid-19 Policy, Winter 2020 / 2021

New hygiene rules for all transfers 

  • No passengers are allowed to sit next to the driver.
  • The drivers will be separated from passengers by plexiglass screens.
  • All doors and handles etc. will be wiped and cleaned with disinfecting wipes
  • As always, all our vehicles will be kept extremely clean, with windows and all surfaces wiped down after every journey
  • All clients will be asked to use hand gel before entering the vehicle which will be provided & available for free
  • All passengers (11 years or older) will wear masks. Please make sure you bring one with you.

Our Covid policies 

  • Free cancellation up to 72H.
  • We will be offering full refunds if the resorts are subject to Covid government closures. (These will not be just simple quarantine measures)
  • We will be offering free date and time changes, subject to availability, up to 48hrs in advance of transfers.
  • Pay your remaining balance to our drivers by card or cash, adding more security to your transfers. All we ask is for the 10% deposit on booking.
