Accommodation booking

How can I book accommodation?
To book accommodation please use our search form. It enables to find apartments, chalets and hotels at the desired destination (resort, town or ski area). Please enter your arrival and departure dates, number of adults and children. It is also important to indicate the age of the children.

For your convenience, you can use filters in search results. Depending on the accommodation facility, one or more price policies are available. To make a booking, a specific price policy should be selected on the site of a given facility.
Do I receive a written confirmation when a booking has been made?
Go Alpes will send you a message with a link thanks to which you could to go to your booking page. When you click the link you will see a complete list with services booked and their status. The service is confirmed when it had received the status ‘confirmed’. You can also download a voucher with confirmed services in PDF format.
How long does it take to check the property availability?
Check on the property availability usually doesn’t take more than 1 working day.
How do I know that my booking has been confirmed?
Please check your status. All services are considered as confirmed if they received the status ‘Confirmed’. Additionally, our staff will contact you to discuss the booking conditions.
I can’t find my electronic confirmation. What should I do?
In such a case, please contact us by sending an e-mail to info@goalpes.com or by phone.
Where can I find address of the booked property?
Complete information on the accommodation property, including its address, can be found on the booking website.

Prices

Is there a booking fee?
No, Go Alpes does not charge any booking fees.
What does the price include?
The price includes accommodation and access to facilities in hotels, apartments and chalets for the period chosen by you. Attention: access to the swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna is free, but spa treatments and other additional services are usually paid separately. The price also includes all fees and taxes, with the exception of those which are payable on site.
Is food included in the price?
It depends on the price policy. This information is available at all booking stages.
Are these prices for a room per night or per person per night?
The prices presented concern rental fees for an apartment, hotel room or chalet for the whole period chosen by you.
Do children bear full costs?
Many hotels offer accommodation free of charge for children up to 2 years. However, most hotels and chalets, which apply prices per unit, do not offer preferential conditions to children.
What additional costs do I have to pay on site?
You will have to pay the tourist tax (taxe de séjour) on site as well as fees for any additional services, such as parking or massages. When booking of an apartment or chalet is being made on site, it is also required to pay a deposit, which is returned after your departure.

Payment

What are the booking conditions? Is a prepayment necessary?
The booking conditions depend on the property. In most cases, a 30% prepayment is required to confirm the booking within 3 days, and the balance should be paid in 35 days prior to arrival. All conditions are available on the page of the accommodation facility.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payment is possible by credit card or bank transfer.
What types of credit cards are accepted?
We accept: VISA Credit, VISA Debit, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro.
How do I pay by bank transfer?
You can download the invoice for payment on the reservation page.

Change or cancellation of bookings

Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, you can cancel your booking by contacting us in a way that suits you best. All information on cancellation conditions can be found in cancellation policy of a given accommodation facility.
Are there any cancellation penalties?
Penalties for cancellation of the booking vary depending on the particular accommodation facility and on this how late you cancelled your booking.

Can I make changes to a booking already paid?
It is sometimes possible. If needed, please contact the employee of Go Alpes.
How do I know if my booking has been cancelled?
All services with ‘cancelled’ status will be annulled. Our employee will also contact you.

Accommodation and services in the property

Where can I pick up the keys to an apartment or chalet
The keys are issued at the reception desk in most accommodation facilities. If it is necessary to pick up the keys in other place, we will inform you upon booking.
What time can I check in and check out?
Check-in and check-out times are to be found on the booking page of a given accommodation property.
What should I do if I arrive earlier or later than the check-in time?
In case of earlier or late arrival, please contact the representative of the accommodation facility or please contact our employee.
I would like to leave the hotel later than the check-out time. What should I do?
Late check-out is only possible with the prior agreement of the representative of the property. In such a case, an additional fee may be calculated. If you want to leave later, please contact the representative of the property or our employee.
I have a special wish related to my rest. What should I do?
In such a case, please contact us in a way that suits you best and inform us about your wishes.
Are there cots and chairs for children available at the hotel?
Equipment for children is available in most accommodation facilities. Information on cots, chairs and other equipment for children can be checked on amenities list of a given facility.
How can I know if animals are accepted in a hotel?
Information on accommodation possibilities for animals can be found on the website of a given facility.
